You Know Something Isn't Right—Even If Your Doctor Says You're "Fine"

Maybe you've been told your labs are "normal," even though you're exhausted, gaining weight despite doing everything right, or dealing with symptoms that are affecting every part of your life.

Maybe you've heard "just lose weight," "it's stress," or "that's just part of getting older"—when deep down, you know your body is trying to tell you something more.

You're not imagining it. And you're not alone.

I'm Silvanna, and I've been there too. Living with PCOS taught me what it's like to feel dismissed, to be handed generic advice that doesn't work, and to navigate a healthcare system that simply doesn't have the time—or often the tools—to dig into what's really going on beneath the surface.

That's why I take a different approach.

I don't just look at your symptoms. I look at YOU.

Your story matters. The significant life events you've been through, the patterns you've noticed, the things that feel "off" even when you can't put them into words—all of it plays a role in understanding what your body needs.

I dig deep. Not just into your current health concerns, but into your life—because true, lasting wellness isn't about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all protocols. It's about understanding your unique body, your history, and what will actually work for your life.

My approach is rooted in functional nutrition principles:

  • We are all bioindividual—what works for someone else may not work for you

  • True wellness comes from supporting your entire body, not just managing symptoms

  • Sustainable change happens when we work with your body and your life, not against it

I work with women navigating PCOS, autoimmune disorders, chronic health challenges, fertility and conception journeys, and perimenopause/menopause—because these are the transitions and challenges that so many of us will face, and yet we're so often left to figure them out alone.

True, lasting wellness isn't about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all protocols.

If you're exhausted by being dismissed, ready for answers, and want support that honors your whole story—I'd love to talk.

I have a few spots open for free discovery calls. No pressure, no sales pitch. Just a conversation where you can share what you're going through, and we can explore whether working together feels right.

You deserve to feel heard. You deserve to feel supported. And you deserve guidance that actually fits your body and your life.

Your story deserves to be heard. I'm ready to listen.

What My Clients Are Saying

I am incredibly grateful for Silvanna Topete. Prior to working with her, I had experienced years of unexplained body pain, countless doctor visits, and repeated lab tests. I was left with no clear answers - only medications to ease the symptoms and more questions. Working with Silvanna helped me find understanding, healing and relief.

Silvanna took the time to actively listen and supported me with personalized nutrition and health practices. She cared for my body as a whole. The body pain I lived with nearly every day for years is now rare. Silvanna is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping people heal naturally. I trust her completely and am beyond thankful for her support.

I began working with Silvanna in early 2025 as part of her beta program. Starting with PCOS and now working through my second pregnancy with her support, I can say she is my favorite health professional. She advocates against medical gaslighting, does thorough research, and provides the personalized care I need when I need it. She has risen to the challenge of my complex medical history and the unexpected health events of 2025. I am so grateful to have her, and I will continue working with her to improve my health and better understand my body for years to come.
